Ths is a park we sometimes walk to which surrounded by water. It's a very large park which hosts festivals, concerts and is completely packed on fireworks day (Canada Day). They also have Dragon Boat races. Other times it's very quiet with maybe just a few people rollerblading around the perimeter. They also have the best fish & chips in the city.
